Yard Laborer

Stellar J, a West Coast-based, employee-owned General Contractor, is seeking an experienced
Construction Laborer for a project in Boardman, Oregon.

Typical projects include water treatment plants, bridges, marine terminals, and renewable energy plants that produce RNG, Hydrogen, Electricity, and other green energy processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
Performs preparation and cleanup of construction site/trailers/equipment as directed by Field Superintentendent.
Work with team in a professional and courteous manner
Assists in loading and unloading of equipment and supplies
Performs receiving function of delivered equipment and supplies; Ensures paperwork is accurately completed and delivered to the appropriate department
Picks up and delivers equipment and supplies between company, jobsites, and suppliers
Operates company vehicles safely and in accordance with traffic rules and regulations
Maintains a clean driving record at all times
Maintains company grounds and facilities in a clean and orderly fashion
Utilizes company tools and equipment safely and properly
Uses sound judgment to deal with and eliminate safety related issues
Promptly reports equipment problems, shortages, or unsafe conditions to Field Superintendent
Performs jobsite tasks such as fueling equipment, running errands, general maintenance or other tasks as assigned by Field Superintendent
Maintains a clean and safe working environment
Previous Forklift experience a plus

Minimum Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of manual laborer experience
Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements
Must be able to lift 50lbs, sit and stand for long periods of time
MUST HAVE Clean driving record
