Position Overview:

Were currently hiring an Experienced Brick Mason skilled in brick repair, structural restoration, and lintel replacement. This role is ideal for a reliable, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work and values a team-first work culture.

Pay & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $26.00/hour
PTO: After 6 months, earn 1.5 hours of paid time off for every 40 hours worked
Annual Raise Opportunity: After 12 months

Responsibilities:
Perform skilled bricklaying, block work, and stone work on a variety of job sites
Conduct brick and mortar repair, tuckpointing, and joint restoration
Safely remove and replace rusted or damaged steel lintels above windows, doors, and structural openings
Mix and apply mortar or grout as needed
Interpret blueprints and project drawings accurately
Maintain a safe and organized job site at all times
Communicate effectively with foremen, clients, and other crew members

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of masonry experience with a focus on repair and restoration. Must have photos for the position pay !
Proven experience with lintel replacement and structural brickwork
Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must have reliable transportation to our company location unit each morning (We have company provided trucks)
