Construction Estimator and Senior Estimator needed

In office M-F position in Pompano Beach, FL 33060

Great established Commercial GC is in need of an experienced Estimators
They specialize in working on Financial institutions, Healthcare and industrial warehouse type projects of $2M to $5M in value.

Position Features:

Position: Junior to Senior Estimators

This person will be working along the side of a very experienced Senior Estimator.

Salary pay range is based on experience level -$90K- $135K plus will be based on candidate experience level.
plus bonus, health insurance, 16 PTO, 8 Paid Holidays, etc

Position Description: Will be dealing with drawings, reviewing estimates, helping put proposals together, speaking to subs to answer questions, etc all under the supervision and guidance of a lead estimator.

Ideal candidate has some experience in working along Preconstruction Teams and is bilingual Spanish/English. Looking for someone great, hardworking and sharp. If they know OnScreen Takeoff software, is a plus, but if not they will teach.

Mid- Estimators- MUST have min of 5+ years of working for a commercial GC estimating team
Senior Estimators- MUST have 7-10 years of working for a commercial GC estimating team
