What You’ll Do:Lead day-to-day concrete operations (sidewalks, curbs, flatwork)
Delegate crew responsibilities and keep things running smoothly
Collaborate with PMs on budget, timeline, and quality
Keep safety top-of-mind and handle field communication
What You Bring:
2+ years on civil construction sites (concrete preferred)
Experience leading crews and reading blueprints
Strong work ethic, leadership, and communication skills
CDL a plus
