Utilizes structural design expertise to consult on and engineer large steel and fabric structures for manufacturing and construction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilizes knowledge of various engineering principles/analysis and mathematics to perform structural calculations for steel and concrete elements, foundations, and cable configurations for tensile structures.
- Engineers detailed drawings and bills or materials as required for prototype and production build requirements.
- Creates and maintains project schedules to ensure projects meet established timelines.
- Support planning and builds of shade structures.
- Travel to support installations or to investigate field issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in civil/ Structural Engineering, with an emphasis on Structural Engineering Design.
- AutoCAD (2D and 3D) knowledge.
- 3D modeling/analysis application knowledge (Inventor or Solidworks).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
