What you will work on:
Maintain heavy industrial machinery with a working knowledge of AC-DC motors and controls, combustion, metering, air conditioning, power distribution, electronics process control computers, welding, conduit and schematics.
Work safely, follow LOTO, perform hazard identification, and conform to OSHA standards
Monitor all equipment to ensure reliability
Repairs, installs, adjusts, modifies, and services all types of production equipment, plant instrumentation, and relays
Troubleshoots and repairs electrical (24V-480V) and PLC control systems (Allen Bradley)
Reads PLC ladder logic and function block logic to troubleshoot and repair
Participates in the preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, 5S, and Equipment Improvement Teams
Identifies and reports opportunities for improvement of PM's and spare parts controls
Applies lean manufacturing tools & principles in maintenance activities
Work and perform according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.

What you'll bring:
3 years journey-level experience as an electrician maintaining heavy industrial machinery
High school graduate or equivalent
Hiring process will include hands-on testing
It would also be great if you had:
- Graduate of an approved apprentice program or technical training beyond high school
