Step into the world of charm reminiscent of small hotels scattered across western Europe at Hotel Granada, where a hidden oasis awaits, providing respite from the noise and traffic of the city. Once inside, guests are enveloped by the romantic aura of the building, offering a peaceful escape from the stress and chaos of the surrounding urban infrastructure. Nestled in the heart of historic Midtown Atlanta, the hotel's Spanish Colonial architecture stands as a dramatic departure from the typical steel and glass buildings, boasting modern touches and meticulous attention to design that seamlessly blend the past with the present.

With a fascinating history dating back to 1923, Hotel Granada has witnessed Atlanta's rise as a dazzling southern destination. Formerly known as the Granada Apartments, the property was converted to The Artmore Hotel in 1984, hosting a myriad of prominent figures and quirky characters that have contributed to the city's vibrant personality. Its stucco facade, red tile roof, an inviting open-air courtyard come together and converge to create an urban oasis, offering guests a European-style experience within a meticulously restored and architecturally significant structure.

At the heart of the 120-room hotel lies a lively and quaint courtyard, serving as an all-day dining and drinking destination for museum goers, locals, and hotel guests alike. Descend downstairs to discover an elevated and enchanting cocktail bar, where a carefully crafted drinks program promises a taste of perfection, positioning it to quickly become one of Atlanta's most sought-after spots. Hotel Granada invites guests to embark on a timeless escape, where the allure of the past meets the comforts of modernity. Whether you seek solace in history, appreciate exquisite design, or simply yearn for a delightful experience, Hotel Granada promises an unforgettable journey where the past and present unite.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a hospitality professional with a natural ability to lead by example. You have a passion for guest service and a keen eye for detail. Whether you're taking a table or guiding a team, you're composed, approachable, and solutions-oriented. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being hands-on while helping others grow. Above all, you're committed to service excellence, professionalism, and being a positive presence on the floor.

THE ROLE

This is a dual-role position with separately scheduled shifts-you will either be a Lead Server providing elevated guest service at your own tables or a Supervisor overseeing floor operations and staff. As a Lead Server, you will be expected to be highly knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus, provide warm and professional service, and guide guests through memorable dining experiences. As a Supervisor, you'll assist in overseeing service flow across the Coffee Shop, May Peel, and Pom Court, support daily operations, lead team meetings, and coach team members to meet performance and service standards. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both serving and developing others.

  • Assist with training new staff and continue development with current team members
  • Monitor all service areas to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to service standards
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Help manage outlet setup and breakdown for service, special events, and shift transitions
  • Report operational or guest experience issues to F&B leadership for quick resolution

what you will need

  • Fluency in English, with clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, holidays, and most weekends
