Welder Job Description Join a dynamic custom fabrication shop as a Welder, where you'll partner with various companies to create custom projects that are beyond their capacity. This role offers flexible working hours, optional overtime, and opportunities for personal development in a supportive team environment. Shift and Pay First Shift Monday - Friday Pay: $19-$23/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities Work from drawings, engineering specifications, sketches, and verbal instructions to build a variety of parts, components, or complete machines. Weld components and develop component weld fixtures or build machines while maintaining required quality specifications. Set up welding machines and perform MIG welding on steel. Grind and finish welds to meet quality standards. Participate in a variety of projects depending on company needs. Essential Skills Experience with MIG or TIG welding (1-3 years) Familiarity with drawings or blueprints. Experience working with carbon steel; experience with aluminum is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
