MIGWelder Responsibilities: - Perform advanced MIG welding on a variety ofmetals and materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and carbonsteel - Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions withhigh precision and quality - Set up and operate welding equipment,adjusting settings for optimal performance - Read and interpret complexblueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine precisespecifications - Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning,grinding, and accurately positioning components - Select appropriateelectrodes, gas mixtures, and wire feed rates for specific projects -Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with stringent qualitystandards - Perform necessary repairs or rework on defective welds tomeet quality specifications - Maintain accurate records of weldingactivities, inspections, and quality reports - Conduct routinemaintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment - Adhere to allsafety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment(PPE) - Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safe storageof materials and tools - Provide guidance and mentorship to juniorwelders, assisting them in developing their skills - Conduct trainingsessions on advanced welding techniques and safety practices - Assist inevaluating the performance of junior welders and providing constructivefeedback - Flex between the north and south buildings as required tomeet the demands of the business - Adapt to changing work environmentsand assignments with a positive and cooperative attitude - Work closelywith supervisors, engineers, and other team members to achieveproduction goals - Communicate effectively regarding project status,challenges, and requirements - Participate in continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance welding processes and efficiency \*\*\*\*\* OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent;completion of a welding certification program or vocational training inwelding preferred - 2-3 years of experience in MIG welding or a relatedfield - Proven track record of high-quality welding work - Advancedunderstanding of MIG welding principles, techniques, and equipment -Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols -Strong attention to detail and focus on quality - Basic math skills formeasurements and calculations - Excellent problem-solving andtroubleshooting skills - Good communication and teamwork skills -Ability to work in hot conditions and high temperatures \*\*\*\*\*APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum:...
