Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Engineering Technicians to support the design, build, and maintenance of test assets for next-generation electric vehicle systems. This includes hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups, benchtop rigs, and full vehicle bucks.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret engineering schematics and technical documentation.
Design and fabricate custom wire harnesses.
Assemble and bring up test assets (benchtop, rack-mounted, vehicle bucks).
Perform functional verification, retrofits, and troubleshooting.
Maintain and document test asset configurations and modifications.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics.
Proficiency in wire harness fabrication (crimping, soldering, routing).
Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and basic electrical diagnostics.
Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, UDS protocols.
Mechanical assembly and fabrication experience.
Prior experience with HIL systems or vehicle bucks is a plus.
