Construction Superintendent

We are currently hiring a Construction Superintendent on behalf of a reputable client in the residential/commercial/industrial construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations at the construction site Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed Conduct quality control inspections Maintain accurate site reports, logs, and documentation Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers and clients Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and OSHA safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 30 certification Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades Background in commercial/residential/industrial projects
