General Laborer

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Support plant staff and skilled technicians

Operate basic plant equipment and follow procedures

Assist with material movement

Plant cleaning and organization

Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any concerns

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED/DESIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in a hot, industrial environment

Willingness to learn and follow instruction

Previous experience in manufacturing or manual labor is desired

Strong attendance record and team-oriented attitude

Willing to work shifts
