## Key Responsibilities

- Operate company vehicles including trucks, forklifts, and front loaders

- Load and unload fertilizer and agricultural materials

- Perform various physical tasks requiring stamina and strength

- Work efficiently to meet field operation deadlines

- Adapt to changing priorities and weather conditions

- Assist with general agricultural operations

## What You'll Need

- **Valid driver's license** with clean driving record

- **Physical stamina** for long shifts (up to 12 hours) with extensive walking and standing

- **Strength** to regularly lift 50+ pounds

- **Problem-solving skills** to overcome field challenges

- **Adaptability** to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

- **Reliability** to work overtime and Saturdays when operations require
