We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, operating a scissor lift safely, and handling materials efficiently to support production and distribution goals.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control:

    • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.

    • Reconcile discrepancies and report variances to the Inventory Lead or Supervisor.

  • Material Handling:

    • Safely transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the warehouse.

    • Load and unload products using manual or powered equipment.

  • Scissor Lift Operation:

    • Operate a scissor lift to access inventory stored at elevated heights.

    • Adhere to safety protocols and equipment inspection procedures before use.

  • Cycle Counting:

    • Perform scheduled and spot cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

    • Assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues and support corrective actions.

  • General Warehouse Support:

    • Assist in receiving, staging, and stocking inventory.

    • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

    • Support other warehouse tasks and cross-functional needs as required.



The essential functions of this role include:
  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment
  • manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • standing for 8 hours at one time
  • working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
