Job Description:PEGA BA - 8+ years of IT experience

• Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience
• Working as a development/business analyst eliciting requirements from the business stakeholders
• Project management experience
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology
• Pega Systems Business Architect (CBA) certification
• Experience with Generative AI technology
• Working experience in Banking and Financial domain
• A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Technical project experience on enterprise impacting projects
• Experience applying agile project methodology concepts
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Need to have strong Pega skills and articulate functional requirements
• Excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills
• SCRUM Master Certification
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Clarity
