Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18/hr with a $1 raise after 90 days and a $1 raise after one year.

Shift:
Monday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm and Friday 4am-12pm.

Whats a typical day as a Welder? Youll be:
Performing GMAW welding on plates used for the assembly of railroad track panels, ensuring adherence to all quality procedures and regulations.
Utilizing measuring devices accurately to maintain strong attention to detail in your work.
Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively while meeting fast-paced work demands.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or GED and prior welding experience or certification.
Are proficient in MIG welding and can pass a welding test.
Are able to work in various weather conditions and communicate effectively.
