Are you a seasoned wireless professional ready to take on complex, enterprise-scale projects? Join a high-impact team as a Senior Wireless Engineer , where youll lead the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced wireless and RTLS solutions across the U.S. Work with top-tier clients, cutting-edge tools like Ekahau AI Pro , and the latest Cisco Catalyst platforms.

• 7+ years of experience in wireless and RTLS deployments
• Mastery of hybrid RF survey methodologies (predictive + on-site)
• Expert-level proficiency with Ekahau AI Pro and Sidekick I/II
• Deep hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 91xx APs , 9800 WLCs , and antenna systems
• Strong consulting presence and ability to mentor junior engineers
• Experience automating wireless reporting and analysis (Python, Excel, Splunk)

• Lead and execute hybrid RF surveys across diverse environments
• Design and optimize wireless networks using Ekahau and Cisco platforms
• Deliver detailed RF analysis and actionable design documentation
• Architect and implement enterprise wireless solutions, including RTLS
• Provide expert-level remote design support and client-facing consulting
• Drive wireless PDI (Plan, Design, Implement) initiatives from start to finish
