Construction Project Manager 4 Location: San Antonio, TX Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about construction management and safety, and who thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and tracking activities in data center construction projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for effective project monitoring.
  • Advocate for safety, with knowledge of construction safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of risk management reporting and tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • Experience in coordinating projects and tracking detailed plans to accomplish goals.
  • Experience in running construction project progress meetings.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects and track detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
  • Be an onsite presence for both the construction and advocate for safety of the site.
  • Create site visit reports on a weekly basis.
  • Confer with management, engineering, and operations to discuss project specifications, requirements, and procedures.
  • Run a weekly construction project progress sync with representatives from lessor construction, design, and engineering teams as well as internal construction, design, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract requirements are being adhered to by lessor.
