Were seeking a licensed Class B General Contractor in California to join our home remodeling company either as a managing partner with equity/profit share or as a paid license-holder (RMO/RME) with a monthly fee.
About Us:
Were an established, licensed, and insured remodeling company based in the High Desert (Apple Valley), servicing the entire Inland Empire. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, additions, and full-home remodels. Were scaling up and looking for the right licensed contractor to grow with us.
Your Role:
Be added as our Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) or Responsible Managing Employee (RME) with the CSLB.
Ensure proper supervision and compliance with CSLB requirements.
Optional involvement in estimating, project management, or team oversight based on your preference.
Must have a valid California Class B General Contractor License in good standing.
Compensation Options:
Option 1: Monthly Licensing Fee
Get paid a flat monthly fee of $2,500$5,000+, depending on company size and license responsibility.
Ideal for someone looking for low time commitment with license oversight responsibilities only.
Option 2: Equity & Profit Share Partnership
Join the company as a managing partner with 1030% equity and profit sharing.
Higher earning potential tied to business performance and deeper involvement.

Ideal Candidate:
Holds an active Class B license in California
Familiar with residential remodeling & California building codes
