Sheet Metal Fabricator / Installer

Local heating and sheet metal company looking to hire a journeyman sheet metal fabricator / installer. We would consider taking on an apprentice for the right applicant.

We are a growing company and we pride ourselves on a higher standard of work, quality, and performance. Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

Valid drivers license, clean driving record and transportation
Experience with flashings, wall panels, standing seam roofs, general sheet metal fabrication, soldering, riveting, and layout.
Display proficiency with precision measuring equipment and shop math.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, written specifications, and/or drawings.
Possess the knowledge and experience with multiple fabrication techniques and the ability to recognize and correct problems.
Communicate effectively with their team as well as other departments to maximize productivity and efficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without supervision, keeping their work area clean and organized
Knowledge of sheet metal fastening. i.e., riveting, screwing, soldering, and caulking.
