**Job Description**

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting and reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand fabrication requirements. You will operate various fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, welders, and hand tools, to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts. Additionally, you will conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards, maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to safety protocols and practices, collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets, troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues, and participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand fabrication requirements.

+ Operate fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, welders, and hand tools.

+ Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.

+ Conduct quality inspections on finished products.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and practices.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.

+ Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in general labor, production, assembly, and fabrication.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.

+ Ability to operate brake presses and lasers.

+ 1+ years of experience operating fabrication equipment.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with CNC machines and hand tools.

+ Understanding of safety protocols and practices.

**Work Environment**

You will work on the 2nd shift, with options to work four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or four 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. The start time is flexible, beginning at 2 PM, 2:30 PM, or 3 PM.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $33280.00/yr.
