Lead Low Voltage Technician Industrial Project (Clarksville | TEKsystems Client)

TEKsystems client is launching a major new manufacturing facility in Nashville and is looking for a Lead Low Voltage Technician to take charge of structured cabling installs in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. Youll be working with a helper, taking direction from site leads, and helping bring this massive project to lifewithout the heavy conduit bending or high-voltage stress.
This isnt a quiet office buildout. Its a full-scale industrial site with multiple trades working side by side. Youll need to be sharp, focused, and ready to lead. But the beauty of this role? Its easier on your body while still letting you flex your skills and leadership.
What Youll Be Doing
+ Installing and terminating CAT6 cable in a large industrial setting
+ Leading a helper and keeping the team on task with minimal supervision
+ Navigating a busy job site with multiple trades in motion
+ Delivering clean, code-compliant installs with pride and precision
What You Bring
+ Experience in large commercial or industrial construction (not just tenant buildouts)
+ All employees must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening
+ Proven ability to lead and mentor a helper
+ OSHA 10 and Lift Certification (required before starting)
+ Your own basic hand tools (major tools provided)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
