Sevan Multi Site Solutions is a veteran owned business that provides fully customized turnkey program management and construction services at scale We offer program management site assessments design and engineering services for restaurant grocery gas station retail and government projects nationwide We work with leading brands like McDonalds Starbucks Sprouts Whataburger to name a few At Sevan we provide the talent technology and trusted expertise needed to consistently deliver excellence in multi site construction Sevan is an INC 5000 Fastest Growing Company Great Places to Work 2023 Best Places to work in Chicago 20 21 22 23 Best Places to Work in Construction 2023 The Assistant Project Manager APM Construction Services supports our project delivery team on military housing construction projects The APM assists the Project Manager in overseeing the planning coordination and execution of commercial or residential construction projects This role is designed for individuals ready to grow into a Project Manager role and who bring strong organizational and communication skills to a dynamic team This position is based on site at Fort Bragg NC Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration Assist in managing day to day project operations and communicationsSupport project start up activities including permits mobilization and preconstruction documentationTrack and manage Requests for Information RFIs submittals and shop drawings in a timely mannerCoordinate with architects engineers owners and subcontractors to facilitate project executionScheduling & Planning Work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to develop and maintain project schedulesMonitor progress against the schedule identifying potential delays or conflicts earlyAssist in coordinating project logistics including deliveries inspections and material trackingCost Management Help prepare and maintain project budgets cost reports and forecastsReview subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy and coordinate timely payment processingTrack change orders and help prepare documentation for client review and approvalSubcontractor Management Distribute plans specifications and other contract documents to subcontractors and vendorsSupport the procurement process by soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bidsCoordinate subcontractor activities to maintain compliance with project scope schedule and safetyDocument Control Maintain and update project documentation including drawings specifications logs and reportsAssist in managing digital platforms such as Procore Bluebeam or other construction management softwareEnsure all project records are complete and organized for handover or closeoutQuality & Safety Support quality assurance activities through inspections and compliance checksReinforce adherence to safety protocols and documentation requirements on siteParticipate in safety meetings and assist in maintaining safety logs and reportsProject Closeout Assist with final inspections punch list completion and turnover documentationCoordinate O&M manuals warranty letters and as built drawingsHelp ensure all closeout deliverables are received and filed correctlyQualifications Minimum 4 year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or two to five years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated skills in construction project managementExperience in general contractingFamiliarity with construction drawings specifications and processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email;
