Pay Rate: $25-$50/hr (based on experience, education, and skill level)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to reduce downtime and improve reliability
  • Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS tools
  • Respond quickly to unexpected repair needs across the facility and recommend enhancements
  • Maintain and support key systems such as HVAC, dust collectors, and air compressors
  • Handle general building maintenance including minor drywall, painting, and infrastructure upkeep
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote efficiency and operational excellence
  • Follow all cGMP standards and safety protocols; use proper PPE and ensure a safe work environment
  • Contribute to process improvement by helping develop and revise SOPs and maintenance plans

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting (required)
  • Familiarity with equipment reliability, building maintenance, and facility systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team
  • Experience with PLCs and CMMS systems is a plus
