We're looking for a Publisher Development Manager to join our team in London and play a leading role in the growth of our global sports publisher network.

Your Challenge
As Publisher Development Manager, your mission will be to identify, secure, and manage partnerships with premium sports publishers. You'll take full ownership of network growth, driving strategic onboarding and building long-term relationships that deliver measurable results for both Snack Media and our partners.
Publisher Acquisition & Network Growth
- Identify, approach, and sign premium sports publishers to expand our UK, US and international network, with a focus on key sports.
- Own the onboarding process and ensure smooth transitions into the Snack Media ecosystem.
- Champion Snack Media's value proposition to publishers, positioning us as their leading monetisation partner.
- Actively contribute to the development of a scalable publisher network, helping drive our next phase of growth.
- Promote the Snack Media brand at industry events, meetings, and within your professional network.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored publisher solutions.
- Assist in the strategic development of the Partner Network department, reporting directly to the Head of Partner Network.
- Deliver regular insights and updates that inform product, commercial, and network strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and performance, optimising yield and value for both Snack Media and its publishers.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience: 3-5+ years in digital media or ad tech, with a background in publisher partnerships, digital sales, or technical account management-ideally within the sports or programmatic space.
- Network: Existing relationships within the UK sports publishing ecosystem are a strong plus.
- Skills: Commercial acumen, relationship-building, and excellent verbal, written, and numerical skills.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: A natural communicator who thrives in both independent and team settings.
