Job Summary:
We are seeking an
experienced OpenShift
Architect with expertise in
designing and implementing enterprise Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions
on
RedHat OpenShift, BareMetal infrastructure, and various IaaS platforms
(AWS, Azure, VMware, OpenStack). The ideal candidate will
architect scalable, high-availability solutions
, ensuring optimal
performance, security, and automation
across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement
enterprise-grade PaaS solutions
using
RedHat OpenShift
.
Deploy and manage
BareMetal infrastructure
across AWS, Azure, VMware, and OpenStack.
Provision and maintain
clusters
using
RedHat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM)
and OpenShift Virtualization.
Ensure seamless
cloud storage integration
with
OpenShift Data Foundation and RedHat Advanced Cluster Security
.
Develop and maintain
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using
Terraform
, with preference for Terraform Enterprise experience.
Configure and optimize
SRIOV, DPDK, Node Tuning Operators, and MetalLB
for performance efficiency.
Manage
Gitlab versioning, GitOps workflows
, and
Hashicorp Vault for secret management
.
Implement
DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines
, and failover strategies.
Architect and deploy
Container as a Service (CaaS) self-service models
.
Oversee
BareMetal infrastructure
, including
Dell PowerEdge Server RAID & BIOS settings
.
Assess client technology architecture, identify gaps, and prescribe
target-state solutions
.
Provide
technical leadership
in supporting and operating
critical production systems
.
Required Skills & Experience:
Deep expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes architecture
.
Strong understanding of
multi-cloud, split-cluster, and high-availability designs
.
Proficiency in
Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration
.
Hands-on experience with
cloud storage integration, network security, and failover planning
.
Ability to
assess, troubleshoot, and optimize complex cloud architectures
.
Strong
problem-solving skills
and
technical leadership experience
.
