The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MILCON Project Manager to provide support at the NSWC Carderock site and coordinate military construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of military construction processes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned MILCON projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with military personnel, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with all relevant military regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage contract administration and change orders
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years specifically in MILCON projects
- Thorough knowledge of military construction processes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
Desired:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience working for the DoD
- Experience working at the Carderock site

The proposed salary range for this position is:
