Contract Work Painters and Maintenance

We are looking for skilled contract laborers to assist with various construction and maintenance tasks. Must be able to paint match, paint homes and minor maintenance.

Requirements:
Must have your own tools.
Ability to communicate efficiently.
Comfortable using technology for job coordination.
Skilled in home painting, drywall, moisture reading, remediation, landscaping, minor electrical,
minor plumbing and all minor handyman repairs.
Must have reliable transportation.
Detail oriented, honest and hard working.

If any items are found to be incomplete or unsatisfactory during the walkthrough, your crew will be required to return and address them promptly.
