Lead Carpenter

High-End Boutique Contractor is looking to fill a high growth potential position for a Lead Carpenter who has a strong knowledge base of residential construction carpentry and finishes.

Ideal candidate to be a knowledgeable carpenter who is looking to move towards project supervision and an individual with construction and some computer experience who is looking to join an established firm. You are not be a nine to five type person but you know how to get things done on budget, on schedule and are interested in not only great projects but contributing to a recognized firm.

You must have the following qualifications:
Clean license
Reliable Transportation
Hand tools
5 +/- years experience working in the building/remodeling industry
Customer oriented
Good references (customers, businesses, and character)
Able to lead, work independently and as a team player.

Job Overview / Duties to include;
Working closely with the Owner, Project Managers and Customers on multiple jobs to ensure that the all projects stay on time and on budget.
Ability to take a project from contract to completion.
Ablity to learn and use Project Managment software
Ensuring Customer satisfaction.
Coordinate employees, subcontractors, inspectors, and materials.
Manage, coordinate and understand all plans and specifications.
Bi-lingual is a plus.

Position requires travel throughout the Denver metro area and working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn construction software.
