We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our construction team, specializing in bridge design, analysis, and construction support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative bridge solutions for a variety of transportation infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural analysis and design of bridge components including superstructures, substructures, and foundations.
  • Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports in compliance with applicable codes and standards (AASHTO, DOT, etc.).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, and construction managers.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide engineering support during construction phases.
  • Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Utilize structural engineering software such asAutoCAD, MIDAS, RISA 3D, and ALLPile.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • 3+ years of experience in bridge design and construction support.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools includingAutoCAD, MIDAS, RISA 3D, and ALLPile.
  • Strong knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.40 - $48.07/hr.
