Remodeling , General contracting, Skilled helper and general laborer

Looking for a reliable responsible hard working right hand man, basically I need someone who can be right beside me on jobs and be my shadow. Must know how to read a tape measurer and be able to preform basic tasks. I can and will train the right candidate, not looking for a know it all or master tradesmen in this role, The more you know the better, but I am patient and willing to teach, you just need to know the basics, have common sense and be reliable / on time. Pay will be discussed upon interview, but normally its day pay end of day each day. Pay is good, pay is more than fair. Having your own tools is a plus, work van or truck is a plus (prefer not to have junkyard vehicles outside of customer homes, but if thats all you got, at least you got that and we can work on getting you right asap. I need a general laborer right hand as written above and Id also like to have another skilled worker such as myself who can do any and everything clean fast and correct the first time with no artificial issues, someone who has all their own tools already and work truck/vehicle. Tons of work, busy right now. Very laid back cool boss to work for, as long as you dont steal or lie to me we wont have issues. Respect me as your boss and do right by me, make my company look good and shine while we grow, youll have a solid place with Stone Wall Install for the future. I do everything from interior remodeling, full remodeling. Also exterior, everything you can think of minus HVAC or major electrical/major plumbing jobs. Do a lot of decks, fences, roofing, siding, tile, all floors, drywall, everything really. Also a lot of handyman. I pay super fair and you will never have an issue with money with me.
