The Role

As we migrate our telecom operations to a Network as a Service (NaaS) model, were looking for a Business Process Architect who is part engineer, part process optimizer, and all about the details.

The Opportunity

Were seeking a unicorn-a rare talent who thrives at the intersection of process design, automation, and system engineering. Youll own the discovery, mapping, and optimization of intricate processes, ensuring theyre primed for automation using cutting-edge tools and technologies. From conceptualizing detailed workflows to collaborating with technical teams for implementation, youll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and innovation across our operations.

Location

This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States.

The Main Responsibilities

+ Process Analysis & Design:

+ Map, document, and analyze current processes with an obsessive eye for detail.

+ Design future-state workflows optimized for automation and exceptional user experiences.

+ Automation Enablement:

+ Push for more automation at every opportunity, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

+ Collaborate with teams to streamline human interventions, ensuring a frictionless user experience.

+ Orchestration & Integration:

+ Define and model processes for automated orchestration using tools like Temporal.

+ Integrate human task management systems, such as ServiceNow, into automated workflows.

+ Technology Understanding:

+ Work closely with engineers and developers to align process designs with system capabilities.

+ Stay informed about cutting-edge technologies, especially in telecom and NaaS domains, to drive innovative solutions.
