Project Manager, Sourcing Global Operations & Supply

Revelyst is seeking an experienced **Project Manager, Sourcing** to drive critical supplier transitions, sourcing strategies, and network optimization across key consumer categories such as apparel, wearable accessories, optics, and tech.

This role will lead supplier diversification, total landed cost optimization, and tariff management strategies while ensuring seamless execution of sourcing projects across a dynamic global supply chain.

This role reports to the Senior Manager PMO and works onsite at one of our offices in Bozeman, MT, Irvine, CA, or Logan, UT.

**As the Sourcing Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:**

+ Lead sourcing-related projects across multiple product categories, overseeing supplier transitions, make vs. buy analysis, and alternative design considerations.

+ Support the development and execution of long-term sourcing strategies, enhancing supply chain resilience and cost competitiveness.

+ Analyze total landed cost impacts, implement tariff mitigation strategies, and align projects with business objectives.

+ Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.

+ Contribute to network design projects to balance cost, service, and supply continuity for non-hard goods categories.

+ Maintain clear project tracking, provide leadership updates, and proactively escalate risks or roadblocks.

**You Have:**

+ Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of total landed cost, tariffs, and global trade considerations.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.

**You Might Have:**

+ Strong systems knowledge (e.g., active SKUs, ship locations, PLM capability).

+ Experience navigating CAD drawings to facilitate supplier production shifts; product engineering background is a plus.

+ Familiarity with seasonal products, identifying risks and key decision points.

+ Proven ability to drive supplier transitions and deliver measurable cost savingsdeep industry sourcing expertise required.

+ CAPM or PMP Certification

**Pay Range:**

Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
