We're Hiring: Sign Builder / Installer

We're looking for a dependable, skilled Sign Builder/Installer to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives outdoors, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

#### What You'll Do:

- Fabricate and assemble custom signs including channel letters, raceways, cabinets, and pylon structures

- Perform MIG/TIG welding for aluminum and steel components

- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical layouts

- Install signage using ladders, bucket trucks, and cranesoften at heights up to 100 ft

- Work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, and wind

- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment

- Load/unload trucks and secure materials for transport

- Travel to job sites and complete installs on time and with attention to detail

- Be available for occasional weekend or overnight installs when needed

#### What We're Looking For:

- 1-3 years of experience in sign building, metal fabrication, or construction

- Welding experience (MIG required; TIG a bonus)

- Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions

- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site

- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL a plus)

- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods

- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; lift/forklift certifications a plus

- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work with a team
