A leading construction company in Omaha is looking for Construction Laborers to join the team and assist with a wide range of tasks including trim carpentry, formwork, selective demolition, and equipment operation. The company is looking for laborers to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible! Responsibilities: Perform trim, formwork, and rough carpentry Operate and maintain construction equipment Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and skilled labor as needed Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards Load, unload, and transport materials Assemble and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding Excavate, fill, or compact earth Support craft workers and participate in on-the-job training Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Travel to job sites as required Skills: Construction and Carpentry Framing and Finish Carpentry Hand and Power Tool Operation Selective Demolition Blueprint Reading Additional Qualifications: Ability to stand, climb, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods Safely operate sharp tools and power equipment Work in diverse weather conditions and terrains Manual dexterity, balance, and hand-eye coordination Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to walk and climb stairs for up to 8 hours daily Experience Level: Intermediate - Expert Location: Omaha, NE Pay / Shift: Pay is depending on experience Mon-Friday: 7am-3:30pm (hours may vary based on project load) Apply right now and expect a call/text from Andrew.
