Machine Operator**
*$23.75 per hour; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Monday - Friday*
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Wire Mesh Operators to join our team at our Tooele site. As a Welded Wire Mesh Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used to produce welded wire mesh products, ensuring safe and efficient production in accordance with specified dimensions and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a welded wire mesh machine, including setup, monitoring, and adjustment during operation.
+ Load wire coils and feed materials into the machine according to job specifications.
+ Monitor weld quality and mesh alignment throughout production.
+ Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
+ Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
+ Document production output, machine settings, and any deviations or issues encountered.
+ Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations and procedures.
+ Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams as needed.
+ Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in machine operation and general labor.
+ Experience with machine setup and maintenance.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Heavy lifting capability and ability to stand for extended periods.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
+ Prior experience operating welded wire mesh machinery or in a wire manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
+ Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $49400.00 - $49400.00/yr.
