Sheet Metal Foreman Job Description We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman with over one year of experience in a reputable company. The role involves installing HVAC systems on commercial construction projects and requires proficiency in hanging, cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal. You will be responsible for cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate duct runs using hand and power tools, as well as assembling and installing sheet metal ducts, fittings, and hangers. Joining ducts and fittings using screws, bolts, drives, solder, caulk, and weld joints is an essential part of the job. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems on commercial construction projects. Hang, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal. Cut openings in walls and floors for duct runs using hand and power tools. Assemble and install sheet metal ducts, fittings, and hangers. Join ducts and fittings using screws, bolts, drives, solder, caulk, and weld joints. Essential Skills Proficient in sheet metal fabrication and installation. Experienced in HVAC systems and duct work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Leadership development experience. Ability to perform layouts and takeoffs. Experience in running a crew and managing commercial projects. Why Work Here?
