What You'll Do:
As a Welder / Fabricator, you'll play a key role in creating quality components from raw materials to final assembly. Your days will be hands-on, challenging, and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret technical drawings and cut sheets
Measure, cut, shape, and weld metal pieces
Assemble fabricated parts into complete products
Inspect work for accuracy and quality
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone sharp, skilled, and ready to hit the ground running.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing shop setting
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
Ability to operate Programmable Press Brake, Shear, Power Roller and Iron Worker
Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined
Great problem-solving skills with a team player mindset
Willingness to pitch in on other shop tasks when needed
Passionate about sharing knowledge and training others
