They are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sourcing Contract Manager to support their supply chain and procurement operations. Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating contracts across the supply chain and procurement departments. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution and compliance of agreements while supporting financial and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate contracts such as Statements of Work and Change Orders Facilitate the full contract lifecycle, from submission to final execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supplier and vendor engagements Assist in resolving purchase order and invoice issues in coordination with procurement and finance Support budget tracking, accruals, and audit-related documentation Generate and maintain purchase requisitions aligned with contract terms Track contract statuses and prepare periodic updates for internal stakeholders Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the contracts function Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, or procurement Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience working within life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries preferred Familiarity with CLM systems (Agiloft preferred), SAP, Ariba, and Tableau Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Education/Experience: BS/BA degree in related discipline and 3-5 years of related experience; or, Equivalent combination of education and experience. May require certification in assigned area. Experience/The ideal for Successful Entry into the Job: The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of direct working experiences in the life-sciences industries emphasis on contract drafting and sourcing negotiations with preferably outsource services such as contract manufacturers (CMOs), clinical researcher (CROs) and/or clinical research testing laboratories. Collaboration with multi-functional teams. Working knowledge of clinical and commercial supply chain contract terms and conditions. Experience in negotiating and drafting complex contract manufacturing, biologics and clinical and commercial supply chain related agreements. Experience in SAP, Ariba, Tableau and management of both clinical and commercial supply chain, required. Experience in Contract Life Management (preferred Agiloft) system.
