DAY-TO-DAY JOB DESCRIPTION
Location & Schedule
Based in our Tacoma office
Hours: 6:30 AM3:00 PM, MondayFriday
On-site daily to collaborate closely with the owner and management team. If project site visits are required you can take a company vehicle.
Core Responsibilities
System Development: Work side-by-side with the owner to design, refine, and implement operational processes across sales, production, and customer success
Compliance Oversight: Monitor and verify that the management team adheres to established procedures, quality standards, and performance metrics
Process Audits: Conduct regular reviews of workflowsidentify gaps or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Team Coordination: Facilitate daily stand-ups or check-ins to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation
Reporting & Feedback: Generate concise status reports on system performance and present actionable recommendations to leadership
Hands-On Support: Pitch in on urgent tasks or system roll-outs as needed, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption
Key Outcomes
Consistently optimized workflows that reduce errors and accelerate project delivery
Clear accountability frameworks that boost manager performance and team compliance
Real-time visibility into operational health, enabling proactive problem-solving

Base Pay: A small, guaranteed salary of $60,000 per year to cover your essentials.
Performance-Driven Upside: Immediately unlock an aggressive performance structureevery process you manage translates into additional monthly income. This is a clear and defined program that will be discussed at length in the interview.
Paid Monthly: All performance payouts are calculated and distributed on a monthly basis, so you see rewards right away.
Year-One Earning Potential: With strong performance, first-year total compensation is projected to exceed $170,000.
