What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Working with Union Hourly and Salary Personnel in a dynamic, changing environment with emphasis on operational safety.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop a team of production staff to achieve performance goals.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong leadership and team management skills and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to acquire an ATF license.
- Exposure to heights and tight inspection locations to work environment. Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
