Plumbing Superintendent**
**Job Description**
This role involves leading a branch of an expanding new-construction plumbing company. The position requires the coordination of multiple jobs simultaneously and leading crews effectively. The ideal candidate should be prepared to be hands-on and actively participate in fieldwork when necessary. The projects include a mix of single-family, multi-family, and commercial new construction. **Responsibilities**

+ Manage relationships with builders to ensure projects are completed to standards.
+ Lead crews effectively on single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in plumbing and construction management.
+ Experience in managing subcontractors and new construction projects.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Knowledge of wastewater systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in estimating and leadership roles.
+ Background in installation and superintendent roles.
