facility operates six days a week and produces sausage crumbles and dry

sausage.

Leveling (pay) is determined during the interview process based on

skillset, knowledge, and experience.

We are offering a **\$5000 sign on bonus** for new hires. The bonus is

paid out in \$2500 following completion of 90 days and \$2500 at

completion of 180 days. \*

\*Rehires are not eligible for sign on bonus.

This position is a 6:00pm to 6:00am rotating schedule.

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and

repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work

environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

In this position you will:

- Perform duties such as welding, cutting, electrical repair and

troubleshooting, removing, replacement of motor shafts, couplings,

pumps, augers, water pipes, valves, lines, and systems.

- Read & understand assignments.

- Communicate orally & in writing.

- Use basic knowledge of math, use various electrical & pneumatic

power tools & equipment.

- Be required to read drawings & schematics of hydraulic & basic

electrical systems.

- Complete all required training for the job.

Must have applied mechanical ability documented in the work history

section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance

training program.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and

able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a

reasonable accommodation.

- Must be willing and able to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.

- The Team Member will walk or stand on hard floors for 8-12 hour

days.

- The Team Member will regularly be required to stand, stoop, climb

ladders, change work levels, twist, squat, climb stairs, reach,

push, pull, and move about the facility

- The Team Member will work in a cold, damp to hot environment.

willingness to learn both inside and outside of Plant Operations.

maintenance education combined.

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum

rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of

employment.
