RSP Welding Technician - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay: $22.00/hour

Location: Lindsay, NE

Join a team where your welding skills make a difference. Were seeking an experienced RSP Welding Technician for our 2nd shift. This position focuses on precision aluminum welding and spot welding for structural assemblies ensuring strength and pressure requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform aluminum welding on assemblies to meet strength and pressure specifications.

Conduct spot welding on a variety of parts and components.

-

Position, align, and fit fabricated plates and structural shapes for assembly.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents and measurement layouts.

Operate various welding equipment and manual tools (MIG, MMA, tape measures, saws, calipers, etc.).

Follow work orders accurately and efficiently.

-

Maintain high standards of quality and safety in every weld.

Requirements:

-

Must pass a welding test as part of the hiring process.

-

Proven experience as a professional welder.

-

Strong knowledge and experience with MIG and MMA welding.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Comfortable using measurement and fabrication tools (tape measures, squares, etc.).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.

-

Understanding of safety procedures; willingness to wear required PPE (gloves, face shields, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.

-

Professional welding certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
