Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree, with a major in Electrical Engineering or related field of study Years of Experience (if applicable): 5+ years of experience Additional Experience:

Professional Certifications: AC, DC, PCB Design and Maintenance

Skills and Competencies Technical Communications Teamwork & Collaboration

Knowledge of electrical power applications is a plus

Knowledge of CAD or related software

PCB design

Soldering

Exposure to electrical engineering design principles and methodologies

Experience in design, repair, and analysis of electronic systems

Strong communication skills (written and verbal), ability to deliver message concisely and effectively

Strong propensity to listen and ask the right questions of customers and the organization

Ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships, and influence at all levels of an organization

Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time
