Commercial HVAC Service Project Manager in Conshohocken,PA,US

Job: Client is a trusted name in the Philadelphia HVAC industry is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Manager to join client growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Commercial HVAC Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience installing and servicing commercial equipment. Strong understanding of HVAC commercial applications. Project Management: Manage multiple service projects concurrently-ensuring timely execution, quality control, and budget adherence. Engineering Support: Provide technical support including equipment selection, submittal review, troubleshooting, and system documentation. Field Services: Deliver on-site technical support including equipment start-ups, warranty work, inspections, and project oversight. Mechanical Contracting Knowledge: Understand duct and piping design, mechanical systems, contract documentation, and the construction process. Proposal Development: Prepare and present accurate proposals, quotes, and pricing with appropriate equipment specifications. Customer Relations: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Sales & Marketing: Proactively drive sales efforts to grow business with both existing and new clients. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with field and office teams to maintain operational alignment and workflow. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Deep understanding of small business operations in the commercial HVAC space is a plus. Knowledge of Local Union 420 structure, procedures, and work standards is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Independent problem-solver with a proactive approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule depending on project needs. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
