Handyman / Contractor

We need your expertise! We provide our valued residential customers with quality craftsmanship for all of their repair and maintenance needs - inside and outside. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional handymen with varied skilled sets in multiple trades.

We offer both full and part-time employment opportunities. You will use your own truck or Cargo van to travel to job sites in Loudoun County area. Hourly rates range from $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

As a member of our team, you will focus on using your trade skills to complete handyman projects without the worry of dealing with the operational and financial aspects of the business you will work independently, yet be part of a strong TEAM that supports you! Let us find the work for you!

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a strong portfolio of trade skills. Candidates should possess some or all of the following skills: carpentry, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, roof repairs and electrical. Interested applicants must have a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Applicants must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with clients and co-workers.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

Successful track record as a craftsman
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic estimation skills for handyman projects
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation and invoicing skills

Requirements for the role include:

Own a standard set of tools and saws
Own a truck or Cargo van
Current and valid driver's license and Insurance
Ability to work in the USA legally
Completed W9 with signature and dated
