Trillium Professional is now seeking an Electrical Engineer in Ventura County, CA, USA!

Salary is $100,000 - $180,000 Annually.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join the technical team in Ventura County, CA. This hands-on role involves designing, developing, and implementing test procedures for advanced electronic assemblies, including high-power amplifiers, power supplies, controllers, fiber optic interfaces, data acquisition systems, and networked computing equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both analog and digital circuit design, experience with power electronics, and the capability to manage diverse projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement test procedures for a wide range of electronic systems and assemblies.

-Construct experimental and prototype models to evaluate design concepts.

-Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and prototypes.

-Record and analyze test data, providing detailed technical documentation and reports.

-Assemble and test complex analog and digital circuitry; identify and correct technical issues.

-Support engineering teams in validating design and theoretical models through hands-on experimentation.

-Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure technical specifications and quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in test engineering, including setup and use of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

-Proficiency in analog and digital circuit troubleshooting and debugging.

-Strong understanding of hardware/software interfacing.

-Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques.

-Experience in test fixture design and assembly.

-Technical competence at both the system and component levels.

-Solid grasp of computer networking fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with high-power RF systems.

-Programming experience with Visual Basic or C/C++.

-Ability to work independently across a variety of technologies and project scopes.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
