I'm working on a tiny old fixer and it needs lots of "punch list" things. exterior light fixture, exterior outlet, remove exterior window and plywood over and rematch shingle siding, build four porch pillars out of cinders/concrete, bondo/sand old windows, move chain link car gate/swap with pedestrian gate, sand/paint cabinet doors+install, install new front door with sidelight with framing, construct and install small garden bay window, move kitchen outlet, install kitchen outlets and light fixture, tape/mud seams, install simple molding with pin nailer, paint interior living room, install 2 support posts from crawlspace to interior for future vertical support/fireplace, build small fireplace, build front porch, deconstruct garage.
