Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (Near East Bell Road and the 101). Projects based in North Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Annually. Dependent on Experience.

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: Monday through Friday with variable start times, with occasional weekend work as needed, depending on situational project requirements.

Job Summary:

Envita Medical Centers is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join out growing in-house construction division. This is a full time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional variations based on project needs.

All projects are designed and built exclusively for Envita Medical Center's own facilities, giving our team full control from concept to completion. Responsibilities:

+ Oversee all on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades

+ Ensure job site safety, quality standards, and schedule adherence

+ Conduct daily walk-throughs and inspections to monitor progress and compliance

+ Collaborate with project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure clear communication

+ Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting

+ Enforce and uphold company policies, safety regulations, and building codes

+ Adjust work schedules as needed to align with project milestones and crew presence

Requirements:

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, including:

+ 2 years in commercial construction

+ 1 year in a superintendent or similar project leadership role

+ Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction sequencing

+ Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

+ Reliable transportation required; valid drivers license

+ Proficient in job site technology and construction management tools

+ OSHA 10 certification or Better is a plus
